Tomorrow is my birthday and a
couple days after that is the end of this year. Thus this is quite perfect time
for 2017 review. The review consist 2 parts: MVP (Most valuable picture) and
top 12 articles. Why 12? Because twelve is the highest number on English
Vocabulary that use attachment like -teen, twenty, and so on. Also a year
consists 12 months. Because of how uncreative i am, to determine which article
is included in them i check every article's view count. The more count means
the better. Stupid Simple, isn't?
I) MVP (Most
Valuable Pictures)
In Tank Force playthrough (on my first article), i got critical help
from Sakuya Izayoi in form of
"pocket watch" power up that freeze entire enemy tank battalion. Even
though she is hardly on my 20 favorite character in Touhou Project and she's
pretty busy with the chores. I really appreciate her help. "It's not on
the game" you said. You're right. How about this ones.
This stage is kind of reverse of
Operation Overlord because it's Nazi who storm the beach. You got to applaud to
Namco for those barges and seaside. They're gorgeous. While the battle is bland.
It only involves tanks, bigger tanks, jeep, etc you got the idea. At least this
is more believable scenario than someone in ironclad who against entire bomber
squadron using AA gun. Yes i'm talking about you, Luca Vincenzo.
Hohohohooooooo! Ehm, sorry. It's
just very amusing to burn anyone or anything (in videogame). I'm (one of) pyro,
afterall.
There's another great moment
beside burning the enemies in Gunforce:
riding a robot with laser turret. Sadly, it didn't last long.
Getting chased by Tyrannosaur is
staple in any Jurassic Park. So i choose this rare rafting moment, instead.
Where Dr. Grant and Ian Malcolm on 1 raft and they get in trouble range from
piranhas, bats (at Dracula's behest) to Mosasaurs because Ian refuses to take
off his obnoxious sunglasses. The stubborn git.
Flatwood Monster is both creepy
and fascinating. That's way the battle against him is the best moment in Tumblepop.
Even though, James is reliable healer
(or at least i make him to be). I agree if Edward pull the trigger thus killing
him. For those of you who haven't played Koudelka, James is practically as
contemptible as McManus except he's religious figure and speaks softly.
Even though i don't acknowledge
DR. Gaugh's entry as the best collab entry for category: Sniper contestant. But
the scene where jury soldier is unamused with tea break course, really makes me
laugh everytime. Moreover the sniper gave him party hat. You should appreciate
that, soldier!
In Samurai Shodown II (Arcade), Galford (controlled by me) defeat
Gen-an. Thus making his fellow are disappointed as he fail to bring them more
ingredient for that soup. Good for you Galford.

I know that video games may
contain something away from real life. Here for example: an aquarium bowl becomes
huge when a cat swim inside it. Also the cat can swim and dive neglecting his
natural resistance against water (which is in negative number).
Imagine if you're in the middle
of cleansing an electric store from alien horde. One of them approaches you
swiftly and asking for highfive. Yes, he tries to distract you that bad.
On this occasion, i want to show
you extra pictures from my further playthrough on Battle Moon Wars. First is this: Ciel stabs her victim enemy
with pile bunker and then shoot it out. Yes, i aware that the main motive to
show you this screenshot: my fanciness toward her. How about this one.
It's 2 Shiki teamwork to slash
Archer [everyone hate him anyway]. It's long process to recruit Ryougi Shiki to
the group, but it's worth it.
By the way, Caster is still alive
and she breaks the 4th wall a bit by saying "My turn is finished".
Later, Arcueid mugs her magical staff. Poor sod.
Cannon Calamity is collaboration
of video about Mario and sometimes his allies to destroy the annoying a Bullet
Bill cannon. He always fail, by the way. In this case Mario using stickybombs
to destroy it but an iseng Pyro ruins it by airblasting them. That could be me.
There's a dozen of Metal Gears
here. As Solid Snake is busy in Alaska [refers to Metal Gear Solid], it's up to
me to eradicate them up. Unfortunately, i only manage to destroy 2 of them. I
did bad job there. I hope you have better luck to take them out. Hint: play the
game with 2 players.
"Schießen!" said those Nazi soldier. But little did they know that the shurikens
are faster than the bullets. And it's already too late as their body lie lifeless
on pavement. While the ninja can dodge the bullet effortlessly. Dummkopf.
"Oh, look! Penny" as i pick it in the
middle of gladiator arena with deadly spiked ball trap and fierce gladiators (that
get hit by said trap). The crowd are unpleasant toward this event.
This ones is more heroic: here's close up of me slashing the red dragon
that forget to do leg work. Still he's tough opponent.
Did you know that Goemon Ishikawa is famous thief that adept at modern wresting
technique in ancient Japan? I didn't. Therefore i got piledriver'd by him there.
I meet Kaguya Houraisen on a cave and later rescue her. You think she can
take care herself whats with her Danmaku capability and her vast battle experience
that she got from dueling Fujiwara no Mokou. I suppose she become too spoilt by
Eirin Yagokoro and the others that she is as soft as the rabbits.
From many Stallone and his co violent action. I prefer the moment when
Statham beat the hell of a jerk and his basketball gang. Why? Because it's probably
the most logical action scene in this movie yet satisfying to watch. The gits
deserve to get beaten, anyway.
As i have mentioned before, Flatwood monster is charming to me. Even though
this one act as sub-boss, he's more lethal thanks to his capability to shower
me with lots of bullets.
Nice try to catch me off guard by doing dance in the middle of gunfight
there. Well, too bad. I'm very eager to kill mafia as well as corrupt police
like you, bastard.
I know that D.A.S has modern military technology. But why they
"adept" Ork's homemade military technology like that battle dozer
over there? Apparently, one of them is big fans of Ork in Warhammer 40K. I know that because i also fancy The
Da Ork, the meaniest among the meaniest.
I believe everyone hate this abyssal creature as well
as Spy in Team Fortress 2. Because they have same nature of "suddenly
appear and lethal in close contact"

Ah yes, Sinistar. The dreadful
alien that consist of 45% thrash talking, 20% rabid ferocity, and 35%
cowardice. Everyone hate you, including me. Even though i can imagine you're
voiced by Heavy. Why lots of people read this article? Maybe they're curious to
compare their suffer with mine toward this bastard game.
This article is the first edition.
It has lots of fierce fighting stage compare to 2nd edition that mostly consist
calm place. Fair enough. Especially fiery fight between Kyo and Iori.
Elementary schooler me has
memorable relation with Devil world
(though he doesn't remember the title). This Shigeru Miyamoto's game is about a
chubby lizard that fights the blue devil along with his lackeys. And he's so
dickish by showing his groin quite often to both mock the dragon and instruct
his minion to move the trapping frame downward. It's quite fun.
As i have mentioned before Cannon
Calamity is about Mario and his allies that try to destroy a Bullet Bill cannon
with no result. At least you can see B.J Blazkowicz looks so happy that Mario
and Luigi are stackable.
Compare to Mortal Kombat, Blood Warrior
is more intuitive and wackier. No wonder bunch of people read its article.
Sengoku 2 is much
better than its prequel. But it's still no more superior than average slash-em-up.
But again, you can fight big evil samurai on top of Nazi's airplane.
Spectacular!
This is reasonable. As In The Hunt is ported to other console
such as: Windows, PSX, Sega Saturn. Also i heard it's on Steam. For those who
read the article, there's special message for you.
Hachi herself thanks you for
reading her voyage to destroy D.A.S. Do her a favor by not imagining her in
damaged state everytime she got shot if you play the game. Just don't do it.

I don't understand why Fighter & Attacker has the same view
count as In The Hunt. Yes, it's
developed by the famous Namco. But still it's hardly fantastic or anything, at
least in gameplay aspect.
Well, this is very understandable.
Space Bomber is the cutest vertical
shooter. I mean, you control an adorable spaceship that can catch cute animal
aliens in this game. Like those kitties. Auww.
If Onimusha becomes 2D Japanese demon slaying game, it will be close
to Ganryuki. Not only you control the
legendary Musashi but also he can sliding kick ninjas and utilize grappling
hook for advanced platforming move. Too bad the bosses can be aggravating to
defeat.
I’ll be honest. Watching
Cloverfield bores me. Not on entire part but quite most of it. I know that
asking a story about superheroic person that will kill the monster, is like
asking a desert to be more humid. At least makes the ex-girlfriend dies in her
apartment. That way the story will be better or at least more believable.
Yeah, everyone likes game with
crossover like Marvel Vs Capcom or Namco x Capcom. Battle Moon Wars is the best Tactic RPG, at least on my (mental)
gaming list. Besides the engaging gameplay and music, it contains Type-moon
characters. I know that not everyone can get attached by them. At least you can
read Type moon wiki to fill your knowledge about them.
4. Legend (PSX)
Oh, yeah! Legend is on the top list. My mission to inform many people about
“Super combo on it”, is considerably success. But keep in mind that (even with
difficult setting to easy) the game is tedious. But i won’t discourage you to
play it as the game is designed by people who love Golden Axe. Don’t we all love it too? By the way i can’t recall any
beat-em-up game that allows you to shoot mini cannon backward except this. Also
it features the best shopkeeper in videogame ever.
Everyone (including me) are
longing for other Cabal-clone,
especially with better gameplay or whatever good feature that you can have in great
game. Sadly, that’s not happening. And I assume to satiate those people’s
“hunger” a bit, they read Hard Times
article. Unfortunately It’s pretty much Blood
Bros in Mafia-era coating (and you have to shoot cat to gain power up). But
there’s few feature that makes it different from Blood Bros entirely, including killing Dick Tracy’s no-good cousin.
The
Expendables is unarguably famous thus many people read its article. It's
definitely blockbuster action movie with lots of famous casts such as:
Sylvester Stallone and Jason Statham. But to be honest, it's one of movie that
i need to watch once and never do it again. Don't get me wrong! The Expendables is way more engaging
than Cloverfield.
Combine the reason behind Battle Moon Wars part 1's popularity and
puzzle solution. You got the idea why Battle
Moon Wars part 2 has the most view counts for this year. I'm sure the
difficult puzzle part is the way to achieve Battle Mastery on protecting Hanei
perfectly. Or maybe everyone hate Archer that they want to see him got stabbed
in groin area with pulse rifles. Either reason is totally valid to me.
