A legend is far more worthy than thousand celebrity gossips or any shoddy rumors. Today, we take on legendary in a video game called LEGEND.
I'm sure you will agree with me that the title looks very amazing.
It probably fits on Metal music album's cover or sort of that. If you
immediately think about Legend-of-Zelda clone on Amiga or DOS. Too bad, my
friend. That title's game using extra letter 's' at the end instead of just
'Legend'. Though, maybe i will make a review about it in the future. Legend
that i review this time is the sequel of the game with same title on SNES.
Let's take detour, shall we!
See! Even the title is quite similar. I prefer the PSX's version
because the red letters are certainly better than purple ones for video game
that contain medieval violence, also the skull on the handle is obstructed here.
You don't think legend is about pottery craft or cute jigsaw, right?! No. It's
about slashing orc's torso, crushing skeleton, hacking sorcerer's minion, or
die trying.
"Hey, it looks like Sega's
Golden Axe!". I certainly can't deny that. To deal with the enemies,
player can either hacks them or uses magic. Then the similarity end there. For
starter, Legend allows you to slash Orcs like Aragorn in 'Lord of The Ring'. Or
maybe they're not Orcs. They are human with slight underbite case. Whatever.
Legend also has: 1) Forward block by pressing either L or R button to block forward
2) Combo attack can be "transferred" to other enemy within short time
from previous successful attack 3) Combo only consists 3 attacks at most, and
the the 3rd attack always knockaways enemy 4) Enemy always drop money bag, food
item, magic potion, or key 5) No method for running and furthermore no running
attack 6) Throwing thingamajig stuff across whole screen that cost player's
life a bit by pressing X button 7) Strong back attack by pressing backward
direction + attack button. Legend is quite fine game until...
...this bastard shows up. This mid-boss keen on spamming this unblockable kick. Yes, i said he is the
mid-boss. Can you imagine how hard
the boss can be, if the mid-boss is atrocious like this?
If your answer: "It's lot worse". Congratulation! You
deserve a medal. Mr. T(ree) here can grabs the Player with one hand which is
obviously can't be blocked at all, dealing hefty damage. But there's more. if
it successfully grabs and then furiously shakes the player against the ground,
it will heals himself. It's drain-life move! Not only its hand can reach entire
screen, but also his vulnerable point is: his face. You can imagine how obnoxious
the boss battle here. Also, we're in the middle of swamp that can make Kaor's
movement from sluggish into even more slower. At least it can't blocks slashing
and hacking toward its face.
Holy Smack!
I did it, eventually. With Mr. T(ree)'s face and arms disappeared. The tree
ascend and reveal the wizard's hut on its root. Yeah, i save you from death by
underground suffocation there, old man. And my reward is just a map? I should
just leave you die beneath this accursed swamp.
The bonus stage is just gold coins collecting in limited time.
Should i keep going with no other live and health barely recovered? My love for
fighting action (A.K.A side-scrolling beat 'em up) forces me to press on.
Though i will regret this decision later.
Hey, executioner! What are you doing in this inn? Go back to the
arena, buddy!
After journey to forest &
swamp (on previous stage), Kaor take strolling to city and further into this
inn. I expect lodging and eatery. Alas, there's no such hospitality! As this
city is apparently infested by Orcs and lousy thugs, all i find is just violent
battles. At the end of this stage is this bandit who adept at martial arts of
barrel. He either charging Kaor with barrel (this is unblockable attack) or
throw it. Unlike previous boss, this bad guy is bit fair. Once he throw his
barrel, he just running toward it leaving him vulnerable. That's cue to beat the
hell out of him as soon as you can. Fighting weaponless/defenseless enemy is
totally chivalrous *quite sarcasm*.
Beyond that bandit, lies this bonus stage that soon answer my
question "What purpose of these key that i keep hoarding?". Of course
you can't tell what's inside of each of these chest. My rule of dumb
thumb: more key need to unlock a chest, the better its content. Whenever a
chest is unlocked, there will be a its replacement, falling from above. Maybe
there's still kind citizen here. Though their generosity is definitely
half-hearted.
Okay i'm done with this 'Legend'. Let's move on to the sequel! The
sequel tends to be better than the prequel, right?
The game start with this CG movie. "Once upon a time. In
another world. In another dimension. Destiny of the universe is being plagued
by battle between good and evil. The legend will be born. Sword and blood..."said
the narrator after (the most familiar in video games) "Yeeeeeeaaaaaah!"
scream. Then these trio barge in and demonstrate their moves. And then they
leave in rejecting gesture. They like rapper that rapping for a bit than they
leave in disappointment, knowing that their opponents are absent in rap battle.
After little fiddling with option menu, i hit the 1 player.
You probably can guess that the trio is group of average person, swift
yet weak person, and strong but slow person. It's beat-em-up characters
tradition that's established by Capcom's Final Fight. But legend has small
twist. According to note that i found in internet: 1) Axel the average hero,
are adept with any weapon 2) Tara the speedy hero, are excel at small-weapon
wielding 3) Karo the powerful hero, are best with heavy weapons. The selected
hero will burst out of his/her playing card. I choose Karo because apparently
he's Kaor that have been knighted. His big chin is bona fide clue to back up my
theory. Okay, that's really stretching too thin. The reason: i tend to choose
the strength type character. "Let the legend begins!" the announcer
said. Allright, then!
Here we go slashing the hell out of pigman and he drops a slice of
watermelon upon his demise. How kindly of him. Here's the basic control: 1)
Square button to punch/attack using equipped weapon 2) Triangle button to kick
3) Cross button to jump 4) Circle button to pick up items. Sadly, you can't combine
punch and kick button into nice string of combo. So you are stuck with combo
with only involved one same button. But it's solid yet nice mechanism.
The common thing on most
side-scrolling beat 'em up is: limiting camera to establish the combat field.
In 'Legend': you got firewall on left and right like here. This could be
distinctive combat-area border that precedes the one in 'God of War' or 'Devil
May Cry'. The more you know.
Moving to another place, i find this pigman prance around on the
roadside. Let's see if you can still be cheerful when this heavy axe meets your
head! There's 2-D cardboard like bunnies run away from evil that's terrorizing
this forest. Though they're kind of obsolete decoration, i see them really cute.
Don't worry, little fellas! Soon this forest will be salvaged by me. Just don't
complain of blood stench around, afterward!
Unlike 'Legend' in SNES, i open the chest by kicking the scrap out
of it instead of using key. Demoman_sf13_influx_small02.wav
Not far from previous place, i found this demon soldier catch some
z's while standing. How can you be so comfortably sleeping while on two legs?
That's barely cozy. That's my opinion. As normal human.
You can see the problem with side-scrolling beat 'em up that has
narrow combat field and chunky units. I get surrounded quite often. In SNES's
Legend, i only need to block either leftside or rightside. But here, i have to
aware on 360o direction and my blocking can only cover about 10o
whichever i'm facing. Yes, you can block here by holding R1 button. The thing
is: you can't just hold the block button to defense yourself all the time.
First, you will stand on the spot if you doing so thus makes you vulnerable
from other direction. Second, the blocking is kind of work only for limited
amount of consecutive hit before you become not in blocking stance. So you have
to hold the block rhythmically to block attacks successfully from one
direction. Sound's rough, but i take it as mean to prevent you from
"turtling". Which is good feature.
"Fight or Die"?! Thank you, captain obvious ('s sign)!
Notice that there's compass on corner right-bottom? It directing you both enemy
(red needle) and item (blue needle). The compass feature probably to compensate
your inability to see entire combat field.
Here's tad embarrassing. I shoot
on the thin air while enemies are clearly behind me (Hint: see the compass!).
But this is Karo's combo when using crossbow, he shoots first arrow in front
then 2 arrows behind him then finally shoot forward again. Not that kind of
combo that's executed by pressing consecutive attack button, mind you. It's
power combo, activated by pressing square button 4 times while holding
R1+R2. Also executing power combo will
cost power gauge on the left-bottom corner. "Why not call it 'special move'?"
Because everytime i do it, there's Karo said "Combo!". So i stick
with call it 'power combo'.
Further strolling, i'm ambushed by these crocodilemen. Thank
goodness that they wear loincloth! Saving all of us from seeing their scaly
"torpedo".
FATALITIES! A demon soldier get
split in two while a pigman get beheaded. All in one power combo of the axe!
Beside there's heavy attack by holding R2 button and pressing either punch or
kick button. There's also the aforementioned power combo. There's 4 kind of
power combo. The stronger the power combo, the more complex to execute and cost
more power gauge. I hope you are ready for the power combo's input.
1) Power combo 1 : Holding R1+R2,
press square, square, square, square (that's the one that i demonstrated before)
2) Power Combo 2 : Holding R1+R2,
press square, triangle, triangle, square
3) Power combo 3 : Holding R1+R2,
press square, triangle, circle, square
4) Power Combo 4 : Holding R1+R2,
press circle, circle, square, triangle, square
At the end of the stage, there's this Barbarian who's very
friendly. As you can see, he give me quick hug with one hand. Of course, that's
not the case. He will pummel you with either his spiked club or punch you. The
key to defeat him: memorize his attack pattern so you can block them well and
unleash the power combo at the right time.
After defeating him, there's bonus stage where you have to shoot
bouncing barrels and falling chests so you can claim their content as many as
you can. The falling-chest part reminds me of the bonus stage on Legend in SNES
albeit better. Key? Pah! Just shoot them with crossbow! There's no health
refill after stage's over so this is the opportunity to heal yourself after the
boss battle. Worth to mention: everytime you successfully destroy chest/barrel
you get extra 2 seconds on timer. So shooting accurately is definitely very
rewarding.
Did i forget to mention that enemies will drop coins? My bad. The
coins act as currency to buy stuffs in shop section here. Certainly you have to
prioritize extra life because it's utmost important. Energy is full health restoration
which is not so useful once you get heal up from that bonus stage. Wheat icon
on right bottom corner is magic shield. It will grants you invincibility for limited
amount of damage. On its left is magic
phial to cast magic. I will explain casting magic later. The other are health
restoration items and weapons. Hold on! Is that a cannon?
Lo, i'm mini version of Royal Giant. It's pretty common in many
beat 'em up games to include dog slaying. Evil ones, mind you!
This city not only infested by your usual medieval goons (and evil
dogs) but also by Red Arremer's burly cousin. Fortunately, he's all about
muscle unlike the tricky bastard.
Another new type of enemy: a werewolf and he is adept with
crossbow. But he can claw you out if you approach him with carelessness.
Okay, this time i tell you about the magic. Unlike Golden Axe or
previous Legend, there's no specific button to cast magic. Instead you have to
follow this input: Holding R1+R2, press cross, square to cast...
...'frog magic' which turns all
enemies into frogs, instantly defeating them. It cost 3 magic phials. There's
two other magic:
1) Fire magic (cost: 2 magic
phials) that deal massive damage to enemies in entire screen. Activated by
holding R1+R2, pressing cross, triangle
2) Ice magic (cost: 1 magic
phial) that freezes all enemies in entire screen. Activated by holding R1+R2,
pressing cross, circle
Casting magic is certainly easier
to do than executing power combo. By the way, you can only carry max. 9 magic
phials.
But magic phials can only be get
from either looting or shopping. While power gauge will increase gradually when
you don't use it. That's quite the reason i use power combos most of the time
despite their complex procedure. Besides i feel very satisfied to beat the
enemies relentlessly.
You can grab enemies when they're downed (which work most of the
time than when they're still standing) and lift them then you can throw them to
other enemies. Sadly, apparently this move does no damage to either
thrown enemy or target enemy. I thought grabbing your enemy could be good
solution for enemies that keen on blocking. But here's the great benefit of
power combos lies. Not only you can deal great damage by using them but also
they're unblockable. Also while doing power combo, you're invincible. But
beware while holding R1+R2, you're vulnerable. Even though, you're clearly
holding block button.
The boss stage #2: is this Viking. Beside try to chop you using
his battle axe, he can flying body drop at you and somehow thrust his stomach
like Obelix. That's hardly effective. You must have big belly in order to make
that move works. Bigger hitting spot, you see. But slapping left and right that
i do here, is certainly better adaption of Obelix's martial art of beating
Romans. Remember the tips of defeating the Barbarian? Apply that to this chum
too and you will be fine.
Do you know about Golden Axe features beating thieving gnome to
get magic potion or meat? I know you do. Everyone know it. In Legend, you shoot
these sneaky gits which is quite equivalent to what Golden Axe features. Except
you certainly kill them instead beat them enough so they drop their loot and
run away. Which is more brutal.
Next stage is called arena. What something exist in the arena?
Gladiators. There's demonic one here eager to dirt my freshly-bought-from-shop
longsword with their flesh and innards. We got to please the crowds. Let's do
this!
I haven't shown you power combo from cannon. Here it is! You know
about sharpshooting performance from cowboy that show you he can shoot
accurately from his behind. I'm doing the same thing like that. Except *you
know* i use cannon instead of six-shooter. The crowds like my performance! What
a blast!
Oh, look! Pennies. If i focus on fighting the gladiators, i'll be
get smashed by that giant spiked ball just like them. Sometime, ignorance is a
bliss indeed.
It's 'fire magic' time! The crowds fancy me more. What a huge blast!
You know what else exist in the arena? Killer animal like lion,
tiger, bull, or other vicious beast. Ready to play with (cannon)ball, kitty?
It's not proper medieval-fantasy violent, without having battle
with living skeleton. Here they are! Doing serene meditation before fighting
me. But then, swinging guillotine (you can see it partially on right-top
corner) swoop them. Well, i will checking that chest in the mean time.
Delving deeper the arena i fought other tigers, skeletons,
gladiators, and this giant spider. It's reasonable he/she doesn't fight me in
open area. Spiders hate sunlight. Kind of. Anyway, fighting the giant arachnid
here isn't big problem as he/she fight me 1 by 1. But i get problem when i try
to finish him/her without the power combos. Sure, if i just consistent using
them, he/she will be outdone easily. But there's my instinct tell me not to
over-rely the power combo. Because it doesn't feel right to my personal mind,
even though the game permit that. Another thing that is worthy for you to know:
the animal type (like this spider and
tigers) can't block your attack albeit some of their attacking move is
uninterruptible (blocking your attack), and they don't taunt or laugh at you.
They are always focus to tear you apart. What a professionalism.
The boss of the arena: Minotaur!
Hammer-wielding ones. I feel kind of bad to defeat this guy as Minotaur is my
favorite character in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. I wish Minotaur here wield
greataxe or big mace so i can't compare him much with my champion. The strategy
to defeat him is the same with previous boss. Special thing about this boss: he
charge/ram at you with his horns and can do powerful smash that can make debris
fall from ceiling. By the way, i wield magic gauntlet this time. It can shoot
magic projectile and stuff like that.
Next stage: evil church. There's 2 thing that i want to tell you
in this screenshot: 1) That upward slashing move reminds me of Siegfried (from
Soul Blade/Edge) 2) That zombie surely has such long hair. It's kind of rare to
see video game's zombie have that kind of long hair.
Inside said evil church are these sorcerers. You know things about
them, right? They can shoot magic missile and block your attack. Wait, that
last one doesn't feel right. Now that i think about it, every type enemy are
adept at blocking except the animals. So you have to attack them rigorously or
*you know* use power combo. While avoid being surrounded, of course.
On the underground of this church,
i found zombies and tribesmen. Also lava river that constantly spews lava rocks
that injure me and enemies as well. This place should be call evil sanctuary or
evil guest house. Because villains like lava river, right? It's like enchanting
pool full of tropical fishes, for them. Also there's many variety of said
villain reside here.
Deep inside the underground there's pile of treasures. What else
the guardian of said riches than fire-breathing dragon? I think the fire breath
is unblockable. So far, this is the only boss that has unblockable attack.
Even though, he has unblockable attack and the largest boss that i
met. I manage to kill it fairly easy. As long as you keep close to it, it only
attack you with claw and fang. Slaying dragon in fantasy medieval. Check! You
shouldn't skip leg day (and arm day), pal! Otherwise you'll be tougher boss
stage.
My original plan was to stop reviewing after that dragon slaying
act. But this stage called dark castle, it could be the final stage. When i
first saw that snake banners i immediately thought the ones in Golden Axe:
Revenge of Death Adder.
Well, not close
enough. Speaking of that Sega's video game, there's also fighting against
tribesmen with XXL mask. You could say that Legend's dev have quite inspiration
from it.
There's also new enemy type:
flying snakeman on the right and skinny Velociraptor on the left. Great time!
I think this castle is owned by Dracula and he arrogantly have that
stained glasses installed. Even with his hideous face on them, they look
gorgeous.
After that corridor, there's last
chance for you to visit the store. You know what to do? Shop 'till you drop!
Beyond that there's Cyclops guarding this area. He's not harder to kill than
the ones in Golden Axe: Revenge of Death Adder. Because you can block his
attack. As long you can do it with perfect timing.
Also there's Yetis. But they're no more bigger than Cyclops or
even me. That's why they can be beaten pretty easy.
Beyond that point, you have to face throng of enemies that you
have been defeated before. You can call it "lesser enemy" rush,
perhaps? The aura of this place is getting intimidating (and very hot too),
final boss is not far.
According to back cover, the main story: "The King has been
kidnapped by Morlock the Soulthief, an ally of King's evil brother". So
this bastard supposed to be Morlock, then? He can do long-string of combo, that
can be blocked if you're patient enough to block every his blows. Other than
that he's no more difficult than the dragon.
Shocking twist! This four-armed genie come out from Morlock's
beaten body. He's the real final boss.
If you've ever encounter evil genie that threaten your live, shoot
him with small cannon! That will work as i demonstrate it here. I depleted his
health relatively easy and save by 80%. Until i ditch the cannon in favor of
honorable fist-to-fist which certainly don't go smoothly. But he goes down,
soon.
After killing the evil genie.
This CG movie plays: Our three heroes look exhausted but able to shout
battlecry, proclaiming themselves as glorious heroes. Then there's a pigman
look confused and soon get falling word "The End" made of stone on
his head. There's no scene where these heroes save the said king. Maybe that
boss is their king and the genie is Morlock. He kidnapped the king by
possessing his body. Yep! I'll go with that. What about the Dracula? He's
probably still sleeping. I let this generation Belmont do his bloodline duty.
Happy end!
I appreciate Toka for making a 3-D
beat 'em up game on PSX which is quite rare genre at that time or trying to
perfect the predecessor. But it inherit cumbersomeness of its sequel, which is
kind of shame. It lies in the combat aspect but not exactly on same part. In
fact is the opposite. For example, Legend-SNES has solid yet simple lesser-enemy
fight, while the boss fight is range from bit fair to obnoxious. In Legend-PSX,
you get surrounded easily by the enemies so you're in very difficult condition
to block attack, while the boss fight is plenty easier because you only have to
focus on 1 opponent. Remind me of Dark Soul II (or maybe same thing applies to
other 'Soul' series ). Also Legend-PSX
allow your character to run (by tapping the direction button twice) but still
no running attack like Legend-SNES. Here's the most important thing: There's
no in-game instruction regarding the control. Not even button configuration
on option. So you have to find out about it in internet, especially executing
power combos and casting magic. This is one of the main purpose of me making
this article: to let you (reader) know about them should you try to play this.
There's no way you can finish the game without knowledge about them.
The jumping mechanism is too
floaty and useless to reposition yourself while you get surrounded. So it's
difficult to make jumping attack hit the enemies. Maybe it useful to deal with
aerial enemies. But due to deadline, they're not included in the game, perhaps.
Kicks are useful to keep beating the downed enemy or to deal with dogs and
tigers accurately. Also they're useful to conserve weapon's durability. Yeah i
forget to mention that weapons have limited durability that diminished whenever
you use them. The enemies are kinda same-y but each has different attack
pattern to vary block timing, which is quite neat. It also applies to the
bosses, at least their appearance is visually distinctive among other. The lesser
enemies can hurt themselves accidently but they won't fight against each other.
Also both lesser enemies and bosses have much dynamic: like taunting or
laughing, and doing pre-battle act. Except animal-type, i remind you. The
shopkeeper has good dynamic too, such as: greeting you with
"Welcome!"; laughing at you if you buy more than max. capacity of
lives and magic phials (9); humane gestures; or when you finish shopping, he
said "Bye! See you soon. Maybe". The power combos and magic are
certainly your reliable crowd control move. And they're magnificent
combat-feature in technical and esthetic. The hero's attack has different
range, timing, and power depends on weapon, light/heavy variety, or power combo
that use. Complex yet engaging. The barrel/chest/thief shooting bonus stage is
superb idea. Legend only has 1 looping track for music. But it sounds great and
perfect for fantasy medieval battle. The auto-aim work quite well, but there's
lot of case where it makes me power combo-ing a thin air instead of enemy. The
setting is more to Tolkien-y fantasy direction than barbaric (like Golden Axe).
Despite the big flaws, Legend is still
great 3-d beat 'em up game. It need perfection. My suggestion: 1) Making heavy
kick combo unblockable 2) Making throw do more damage 3)Enable running attack
4) Enable diving kick 5) Make use of L1 and L2 for something 6) Making power
gauge rise when you attack enemies. By the way, i finish it with easy difficulty. In that difficulty
enemies: do more taunting and laughing, inflict less damage, less keen on
blocking, and take less damage before they die. On normal difficulty, i only
reach in the middle of city stage, quite far from the Viking boss. So i suggest
you set the difficulty to easy. If you want to experience 3-D beat 'em up game
that allow you to experience battle against many medieval fantasy's hostiles
with furious combo or cannon. Give it a try! As long you don't mind about rough
polygon characters or objects. Also cumbersome combatfare. Speaking of which...
...both Legend is produced by
these two bloke: Carlo Perconti & Lyes Belaidouni. Photo on left is credit
from SNES version. While credit on right is from PSX version's. At first i want
to really dislike the SNES version because of that bandit and giant treant. But
i realize, it only made by those two who really love Sega's Golden Axe. I also
very fancy it but i don't try to make its clone. They're one big-step ahead of
me. Even though Legend is made by only them, the game didn't crash or bug. Except
several occasion that the executioner enemy rapidly slash wall or thin air
instead Kaor, which is fine by me. So they're skillful in making game. Later
they form Toka to make better sequel of 'Legend'. More crew and budget, produce
better game, right? I could say: yes and no.
If you still not convinced with
previous evidence that show those two guys take lots of inspiration from Sega's
Golden Axe. Have a look at this! Kaor's poison magic is certainly homage to
Goah's magic. Both of them summon a giant skull that emit poisonous fog. Kaor's
more transparent though. Also green. By the way, in SNES's Legend, casting
magic need 2 magic phials, flat. It's selected randomly between fire,
lightning, and poison. As i mention before, i revise the way i see that game. I
can't put full hatred toward it. Also i sympathize those guys who do the best
that they can. We all love Golden Axe, afterall. So i keep playing it till the
end. Surprisingly. Beyond stage 1, all boss is in fair difficulty (including
the final boss) and the game's quite generous with 1up. But i have to savestate
hundred times to optimize my playthrough and meet the staff-wielding thug once
again as mid-boss in final stage. And i already set the difficulty to easy.
But then again, i certainly can't
hate the game where you can dive kick a floating wizard and dragon. Sadly, they
don't implement dive kick into the sequel. That will help a lot and making the
game more fun. But Golds in SNES version only act as score. So, i more recommend PSX version than the SNES version . By
the way, both games don't offer you any Percontinue.
Rude pun, i know. I'm very sorry. As usual, i will analyze the characters
stat's.
Axel fancies armless armor as
much as hair gel that keep his hair straight backward like that. As he's the
all rounder fighter and favor any weapon, his primary stats: Dexterity (at
4/5). Most of his melee-weapon power combos, involve kicking that makes him looks
quite nimble. That's way his secondary stats: Agility (at 3.5/5).
Tara has ponytail and violent
tendency of Xena the warrior princess. She start the stage with shout
"Yohoo!" instead of intimidating battle cry which is weird. Maybe it
means: " Yohoo, boys! Get ready to be slain!". Her light-kick combo
has the longest attack distance. Many of her power combos character are fast
and include acrobatic move, so her primary stats: Agility (at 4/5). She favors
small weapon but she still can wield big ones. Hinting me that her secondary
stats: Dexterity (3.5/5). But, i'm not sure the practical meaning behind that
trait. According to my experience, her attacks are either shorter or slower than
the other, when using heavy weapon (heavy axe, sword, knives stick). While using
small weapon (double swords, magic gauntlet, crossbow), she does the opposite. Maybe
that's it. Even though she inflicts relatively smallest damage among the other,
she can pick enemy up. So, her strength: 2.5/5. Tara's movement isn't fast but
certainly fastest among the other. The same case with Zhou Yun in Capcom's
Warrior of Fate.
I reckon, Karo is the most brutish knight in video game. His
manner is as tough as his muscle, also his chin. As you can guess, he can
inflict moderate damage at ease. So his primary stats: Strength (at 4/5). His
power combos show him how un-finesse he is. There's his double swords (more
like daggers) power combo that finish with a headbutt. But i like it. He's
creative enough to utilize his crude brawn. Again he can use any weapon. So,
his Dexterity at 3/5. Quite much the opposite case of Tara, his attacks are
slower than the other, when using small weapon (double swords, magic gauntlet,
crossbow). While using heavy weapon (heavy axe, sword, knives stick), he does
the opposite. You thought his Intelligence is the lowest among the other. Well,
in my opinion all of them can cast same magic and none of them are different.
So all of their Intelligence are locked at 3/5.
One last words: Thank you very much, Carlo Perconti & Lyes Belaidouni.
